Conditions where store credit or repair will be considered

 

Virtualsalonexpress.us will only be able to consider a wig modification if the following conditions are met.

 

  1. The return must be commenced within two (3) working days of the Customer receiving the item.

 

  1. The wig or associated item must be

(A) worn for photo request only, and

(B) unwashed, and

(C) completely free of damage and wear, and

(D) free of smoke or fragrances, and

(E) complete with all tags, including hangtags attached, and

(F) in a condition suitable for resale

  1. Despite the mentioned conditions in clause 2, it is entirely at the discretion of Virtualsalon.us whether a store credit or repair will be offered for the returned wig. To be clear, Virtualsalon.us reserves the right to reject returns without offering a reason or providing notice.

Virtualsalonexpress.us does not offer refunds once the customer is added to the queue and the unit is being customized.

Due to high store traffic, our units go through a customization period, plus shipping & handling time; please consider this before purchasing. Please allow anywhere between 4 to 12 weeks…..

Shipment times at checkout through (USPS) are honored after the construction period has been completed. Example: Unit (A) has been completed in 30 days, on day 31 (USPS) 1 day shipment will be applied to the order and shipped to the customer. 

Shipment times at checkout through (USPS) are honored after the construction period has been completed. Example: Unit (A) has been completed in 40 days, on day 43-45 (USPS) 3-5 day shipment will be applied to the order and shipped to the customer. 

Rush Process fee-

We understand that not everyone can wait 4-8 weeks, and therefore a representative can send you an invoice for $125 to skip the queue and get you your unit within 5-10 business days. 

Sizing- We are not responsible for the any wrong sizes chosen by the customer. 

Buyers Remorse-We are not responsible for any personal dislikes once your order has been received and will not exchange or offer any refunds as the customer holds full responsibility for their choices. Customers can request an adjustments that they see fit to their unit, no exchanges or refunds are permitted. All exchanges for dislikes will be viewed as a new order purchase as the customer is fully liable for their unit choice. 

Adjustment Request-If it is found that Dilciabynature from Virtual Salon was at fault, then that customer can email support@virtualsalon.net, Call or chat with us on the site for an adjustment request. The customer must show pictures of the unit with it on and not on a foam head or hand for adjustment consideration 72 hours after receiving it. Anything after 72 hours is considered null and void.

Money Allocation:

Once the customer purchases the unit, the money is then allocated to purchasing the equipment, product, tools, time and labor to create the unit. Therefore, refunds are not permitted due to money allocation to build the unit. 

Returns- If an exchange/return/refund is honored, the item must be returned with a shipping label provided by Virtual Salon LLC. Units shipped back without the approval of Virtual Salon LLC, will be considered null and void. Refunds are only honored if Virtual Salon LLC cannot create the unit due to designer being overbooked. If the client is in the queue, then the unit is in process and cannot be reversed or refunded.

 

COMMUNICATION:

All customers must understand, that we hold a no excuse to no communication at Virtual Salon, as there is a 2 minute to 1 hour response time if you call, chat or email us one of our agents will respond . Please use all three options to reach out to us.
